Once you hire me as your doula it is my clear intention to be with you at the time of your birth.   I also have a group of women serving as my back up doulas. The women in this circle of support are all skilled and certified.  We share a common understanding of the transformative and powerful nature of the birth process and want to support you in having the birth of your choice.

We consider it an honor to be present with the women and families we serve at such a profound and intimate time in their lives.

In the unlikely event that I cannot be with you at your birth, rest assured that one of these wonderful women will be there with you in my place.

Meet the Doulas

We host monthly get-togethers for prospective, current and past clients.  During the meetings we share valuable information that supports normal birth and also invite guest speakers who can share their expertise with our guests.  You will have a chance to hear all of us give an overview of our practices and then have some time to chat with us individually.  We'd love to have you join us! 

We alternate meeting between Raleigh and Durham. Meetings are usually on the first Tuesday of the month.
